The Former Residence of Wu Yuan is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jinhua City.

The Former Residence of Wu Yuan is located next to No. 190, Xiache Gate, Shita Village, Yiting Town, Yiwu City. It dates back to the Republican Era and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in June 2010, with the official announcement number being Yizheng Fa [2010] No. 52, dated June 2010.

Yiting Town: Yiting Town is situated in the southwestern part of Yiwu City and serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of western Yiwu. The town area comprises four administrative zones—Yiting, Wangqian, Fantianzhu, and Hangchou—as well as two neighborhood committees and 65 administrative villages. It has a total of over 20,000 households, a population of 52,300, and covers an area of 54 square kilometers.
