Guxiang Village

Guxiang Village (No. 13 Zhuhang Street)

Located in the middle section of Zhuhang Dike, it originally had north and south storefronts facing each other across the street. Only the southern storefront remains today, facing north, with an eastern pastry shop and a western connection to the former Taihu Garden Restaurant. To the south is the river, and to the north is the street. Established during the Xuantong period of the Qing Dynasty (1909–1911), it is a well-known, historic brand primarily known for selling tea treats and candies. In 2008, it was listed as a newly discovered cultural relic during the third national cultural relics survey and has since been placed under protection.
