2017 Electric Fan Music Festival Site Map & Full Lineup Schedule
In addition to the powerful lineup, this year’s Electric Fan Music Festival also boasts an impressive VJ team. The live VJs for the Discovery-Greenfield and Lakeside stages will be respectively handled by a member of the Los Angeles Video Artists Association and creator of the Neuromixer VJ softwareFaderas well asHibanana Liu Chang and Miao Jing from Studio. With captivating live music and dazzling stage effects, the 2017 Electric Fan Music Festival is set to deliver an unprecedented audiovisual experience！

■ &?span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;">Traffic Control: Public transport is recommended
During the festival, one-way traffic control for motor vehicles will be enforced on S230 Auxiliary Road(from the north side of Miaogang Bridge toward Suzhou)(vehicles traveling from Qidu toward Suzhou). During the event, participating vehicles may park along both sides of S230 Auxiliary Road in order(parking is prohibited on other sections), and after the event, vehicles should exit the venue following the directional signs toward Suzhou.It is recommended to use navigation to search for “ Taihu Midi Camp”.
■ It is recommended to use navigation to search for " Taihu Midi Camp ”, which will provide you with accurate and fast routes, as well as real-time traffic updates. Upon arrival, please follow the road signs to park.
(Note:Suzhou West Ring South Extension Elevated Roadis now open to traffic.Some navigation apps have not yet been updated. Traveling from Youxin Elevated Road toward Huzhou can directly reach Suzhou Bay Bridge.)
■ It takes about 1 hour from the direction of Suzhou, around 2 hours from Shanghai, and approximately 40 minutes from Huzhou.
Taking a bus
Step 1:Your departure point — Suzhou South Gate Bus Station(No. 601, South Ring East Road, Suzhou)/ Wujiang Bus Station(No. 227 Provincial Road, southern part of Songling urban area, Wujiang)
Step 2:Takea busfrom Suzhou South Station / Wujiang to Miaogang, and inform the driver to let you off at “Miaogang Bridge.”
*The journey takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes (from Suzhou South Station) / 40 minutes (from Wujiang).
Train travel
Step 1:Your departure point — Suzhou Railway Station / High-Speed Suzhou North Station
Step 2:Takethe metrofrom Suzhou Railway Station / High-Speed Suzhou North Station to Wujiang Bus Station

■ The camping area is located on the east side of the EDM Music Festival main venue(formerly the site of the Tang Stage), and features both main venue access channels and outer access channels.
■ Both single-day tickets and festival passes allow camping without prior reservation.
■ For same-day camping, please present your paper ticket; for early camping, please show your music festival ticket order page.
■To ensure the safety of campers, the camping area prohibits entry with flammable or explosive items, controlled knives, glass-bottled alcoholic beverages, and the use or ignition of cold fireworks.
■Payment for tent and equipment rentals can be made in cash or via Alipay, but the deposit must be paid in cash.
■The passage between the camping area and the outside allows multiple entries and exits with a wristband, but the passage between the camping area and the festival site only permits one entry and one exit per day after ticket inspection.
■As the music festival takes place during a national holiday, with higher pedestrian and vehicle traffic, please use public transportation as much as possible to reduce traffic pressure and support green travel.
■Rain may occur during the festival, so please prepare rain protection in advance.
■ In case of lost items during the festival, please check the official lost and found notices released afterward.
■ Paid hot water showers (10 RMB)
■ Free mobile toilets, washbasin taps, luggage storage, and mobile phone charging stations
■ To enhance your camping experience, the campsite also includes a dedicated beverage area.
■ The campsite provides lighting, security patrols, and sanitation services.
■ Rental and sales services for camping equipment (including tents, moisture-proof mats, sleeping bags, etc.)
1. Go directly to the entrance of the MIDI Camp, purchase or exchange your ticket (single-day or package tickets are both available) at the gate; for early camping, present your music festival ticket order page at the on-site camping registration desk.
2. Proceed to the campsite registration office to present your original ID for personal information registration, check-in, and to receive a wristband (the wristband must be shown for re-entry into the campsite).
3. Undergo security screening at the entrance.
4. You may bring your own equipment or go to the tent rental area to pay the tent rental fee and deposit.
5. Set up your tent according to the campsite layout and follow the instructions of the staff.
6. After camping, return the tent and collect your deposit.

3. Personal care items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, tissue, sunscreen, skincare products, and mosquito repellent.
4. Cold-weather clothing and blankets.
5. Rain gear.

7. Waterproof phone pouch.
8. Power strip and power bank.
9. Trash bags.
10. Basic medical supplies: cold medicine, anti-diarrheal medication, and band-aids.

■ Rental and Sales Process
1. Obtain an invoice at the ticketing office.
2. Make payment at the finance office.
3. Collect items from the warehouse.
■ Return and Deposit Refund Process
1. Return time: Before 13:00; returns after 13:00 will incur an additional one-day rental fee.
2. Warehouse checks the quantity of returned equipment.
3. Document verification.
4. Finance processes refund (deposit is refunded upon presentation of receipt; no refund without a receipt).)

1. When leaving your tent, please take your valuables, cash, and identification with you.
2. Please take good care of the rented tents and accompanying equipment, and consciously maintain all facilities within the campsite.
3. Care for the natural environment of Midi Camp, and keep the interior of your tent and surrounding areas clean and hygienic.
4. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the campsite.
5. A service station is set up in Midi Camp. If you have any questions, please approach the staff for assistance.
