The former site of the CPC Zhejiang-Western Road Eastern Special Committee and CPC Wuqing County Committee is located at No. 6, Minzhu Street, Tongluo, Taoyuan Town, Wujiang District, and dates back to the Republican era.

On June 30, 2014, the former site of the CPC Zhejiang-Western Road Eastern Special Committee and CPC Wuqing County Committee was designated as part of the seventh batch of cultural heritage protection units in Suzhou.

Taoyuan Town: Situated at the border between two provinces, Taoyuan Town is located at the southernmost tip of Wujiang City, covering a total administrative area of 61.41 square kilometers. It governs 2 residential committees and 29 administrative villages, with a total population of 46,800.
