Adjacent to the library on the east and facing the spacious Cultural and Arts Center Plaza, Yangzhou Concert Hall was completed and opened in 2010. It is a medium-sized concert hall designed and built to international standards, capable of hosting concerts by large double-orchestra symphony orchestras and ethnic orchestras, as well as a variety of performances including chamber music, choral concerts, solo recitals, and instrumental solo performances.

The concert hall covers a construction area of 7,583 square meters, with 664 audience seats and 5 VIP boxes. The stage can accommodate more than 120 musicians performing simultaneously and is equipped with an internationally top-tier 9-foot Steinway piano and an advanced audiovisual synchronization system.

Since its completion and opening in 2010, Yangzhou Concert Hall has successfully hosted over 400 Chinese and international concerts. Well-known domestic and international orchestras such as the Hollywood Film Orchestra from the U.S., the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra from the U.S., the China Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra, the Russian National Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow Symphony Orchestra from Russia, the Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra from the U.S., the Jeju Symphony Orchestra from South Korea, and the Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Orchestra have all performed here. Likewise, dozens of renowned musicians from both China and abroad, including Richard Clayderman, Konstantin, Jean Muller, Eduardo, Yin Chengzong, Sheng China, Wang Zhongshan, Zhu Changyao, Jiang Jianhua, Zhang Meilin, and Yu Lihong, have taken the stage.

The concert hall has launched a series of influential musical performances, including the public-benefit "Citizens’ Open Day" series aiming to bring culture closer to the people, the affordable "Melodies of Chinese Heritage" series of ethnic music performances for cultural enrichment, a series of Chinese and Western vocal music concerts, the "European and American Music Collection" series promoting Western music appreciation through cultural education, as well as the international cultural exchange event "Yangzhou International Music Festival" and the annual musical highlight "New Year’s Concert."

Leveraging the advantages of its venue, equipment, and personnel, the concert hall has effectively integrated professional traditional Chinese music talent resources across the city. It established Yangzhou’s first professional Chinese orchestra, filling the gap of a lacking professional ensemble in the city, and created a solid foundation for the inheritance, development, and promotion of Yangzhou’s traditional Chinese music art.

In 2013, the "Music Lovers Card" initiative was launched as part of the cultural enrichment program, allowing cardholders to enjoy music throughout the year. Currently, the concert hall maintains an average occupancy rate of around 85%, surpassing the national average for music venues. With nearly 50,000 visitors received each year, it enables residents to easily become part of the community of refined music enthusiasts.

Yangzhou Concert Hall takes it as its mission to promote "cultural enrichment, cultural closeness, and cultural education," striving to invigorate Yangzhou’s cultural market and enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
