The Broad·Modern 1930 project has a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 260,000 m² and over 110,000 m² of commercial space. Currently, more than 200 well-known domestic and international brands have settled in, including KFC, DQ, Eifini, and Volcano Pizza Workshop. In addition to anchor stores such as Auchan Supermarket, Mingledy KTV, and Oscar International Cinema, it also offers a wide range of offerings including fashion trends, light luxury culture, global cuisine, family fun, entertainment and leisure, humanities and arts, and quality—, presenting a truly “broad” and “modern” experience through diverse and rich business formats, creating a shared joy of consumption. Yesterday, reporters visited the Popular Bookstore in the complex and experienced a marketing model similar to that of Eslite Bookstore. While browsing a wide variety of books, visitors can also enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea.

It is understood that Broad·Modern 1930 breaks away from traditional business models, adopting a fusion of ART DECO classic architectural art and Victorian-style decor in both its exterior and interior, creating a breathtaking new cultural art commercial space. Whether it’s the three major themed art plazas—the Shouting Plaza, Rose Plaza, and Cabaret Plaza—or the artistic street installations full of literary flair, or the tens of thousands of square meters of slope lawn park, every corner is filled with charm.
