Malingshan Park is a cultural tourism attraction.

Malingshan Park is located at the foot of Malingshan Mountain in the urban area of Suqian, covering an area of 90,000 square meters (including a garden area of 20,000 square meters). The park once housed Yuxu Temple (also known as Zhenwu Temple), one of China’s nine major Taoist temples, as well as classical garden structures such as Yanggong Pavilion, Tongfang Pavilion, a library, the East and West River-Viewing Towers, Sanqing Hall, Five Emperors Pavilion, and Wenchang Hall. Currently, there are over 20 commemorative facilities including the Subei Campaign Memorial Tower, Memorial Hall, and Monument, as well as scenic spots like Xiu Canopy Pavilion, Moon-Reflecting Bridge, Zigzag Stream, One-Scoop Lake, Dragon Claw Date Tree, and Righteous Spring. The park is especially renowned for its "Autumn Moon over Malingshan" (ranked among the Eight Scenic Spots of Suqian). A poem by the Ming Dynasty poet Li Yichen about “Autumn Moon over Malingshan” reads: “White dew clears the autumn sky, the moonlight like water bathes the first feast.”

To the north, the mountain range rises close to the city walls; to the east, the surging tides echo around the temple. Unrestrained robes drift through idle years, while the lonely palace draws in immortals. The radiant light everywhere is fit for admiration—why must one wait for the moon to circle the well each year? The Revolutionary Martyrs’ Memorial Tower on Malingshan Mountain, commemorating the Subei Campaign, is situated atop Malingshan within Malingshan Park in Sucheng District, Suqian City. It was constructed in 1963 with a provincial and county funding of 40,000 yuan. The tower is 13.13 meters high, 4 meters wide, and 4 meters thick. The base of the monument is 3 meters high, 6 meters wide, and 6 meters thick. The east, west, and south sides of the tower bear an inscription by Chen Yi: “Revolutionary Martyrs’ Memorial Tower on Malingshan Mountain for the Subei Campaign.”
