Suyang Ecological Park

Suyang Ecological Park is a cultural heritage conservation site of Suqian City.

In line with its urban development vision of "eco-friendly, garden-style, and sustainable growth," Suyang County has focused on creating an environmentally friendly, forest- and water-themed ecological ring park. Located to the north of the county government office complex and facing the government building across Anshan Road, the park borders Fanrong Road to the west, and extends along the northern and eastern edges where it connects with the North Outer Ring Road to form a curved boundary.

Covering an area of 404 mu, the park includes 130 mu of water surface and over 200 mu of green space, with a total investment of approximately 20 million yuan. The design primarily emphasizes a "natural, forest-style" concept, using tall trees, native species, and ancient trees as the framework for the forest wetland park. These are complemented by pathways, landscape structures, and leisure seating to create a plant-centered, naturally scenic space enhanced by pathways and ornamental features. This fully reflects an ecologically oriented design philosophy that integrates landscape aesthetics with people-oriented leisure. Currently, the artificial lake, seven arched landscape bridges, four water-viewing platforms, shoreline revetments, scenic boulevards, walking paths, and landscape greening have all been completed and officially opened to the public for recreation and relaxation.
