The Tomb of Mother Han is a cultural tourism attraction.

Not far southeast of Hanying City lies the Tomb of Mother Han (also known as Qingshuidun). Sima Qian wrote in "Records of the Grand Historian: Biographies of Marquis of Huaiyin": "The people of Huaiyin told me that although Han Xin was of humble origin, his aspirations were extraordinary. When his mother died, he was too poor to give her a proper burial, yet he sought out a lofty and spacious site, hoping that a noble house could be built beside it to shelter ten thousand families." When the Grand Historian traveled across China, he personally visited Huaiyin, paid homage at the Tomb of Mother Han, and studied the circumstances of Han Xin’s youth in hardship. That’s why he was able to portray Han Xin’s image so vividly and lifelike.

After more than two thousand years of erosion by wind and rain, the Tomb of Mother Han still stands about 8 meters high, with a base diameter of up to 20 meters.

Han Xin (circa 231 BC – 196 BC), of Han ethnicity, was a native of Huaiyin (formerly Huaiyin County in Jiangsu Province, now the Huaiyin District). He was a founding hero of the Western Han Dynasty, an outstanding military strategist in Chinese history, and one of the "Three Heroes of the Early Han" alongside Xiao He and Zhang Liang, as well as one of the "Three Great Generals of the Early Han" along with Peng Yue and Ying Bu.

In his early years, he came from a poor family and often relied on others for food. At the end of the Qin Dynasty, he joined the anti-Qin resistance and initially pledged allegiance to Xiang Yu. Later, recommended by Xiahou Ying, he was appointed as a grain administration officer but was not given significant responsibilities.
