Dongping Forest Park

The park features lush forests, crystal-clear lakes, a strong sense of wilderness, and a beautiful environment. It is known for its tranquility, serenity, beauty, and wild charm, making visitors linger and forget to leave. The main service facilities include a uniquely designed multi-functional conference center shaped like a "crab" house, a forest bar, a forest rehabilitation center, a sandy beach bathing area, a water park, a youth camping base, a horse racing field, hammocks, tents, outdoor barbecues, forest villas, a maze, windmills, and more. Featured activities include forest sunbathing, hunting, paintball shooting, rock climbing, and go-karting. The park opened to the public in 1989 and was named "Dongping National Forest Park" by the Ministry of Forestry in 1993. In 1997, it was rated as one of Shanghai's top ten new leisure attractions.
