HNA Hotels & Resorts Made a Dazzling Debut at the 2015 IT&CM
Chen Tao, Marketing Director of HNA Hotels & Resorts, Won the 2015 Best Business Travel Sales Elite Award
The setup of the HNA Hotels & Resorts brand exhibition area was undoubtedly one of the highlights of this IT&CM. Through its unique booth design, VCR video displays, and on-site service from sales staff, the exhibition conveyed HNA Hotels & Resorts' traditional oriental hospitality and its brand service philosophy of “Harmony, Elegance, Excellence, and Tranquility.” The event attracted over 150 prospective clients for meetings and negotiations, laying a solid foundation for increasing business volume and expanding the hotel’s portfolio of key accounts. Meanwhile, Chen Tao, Director of Marketing & Sales at HNA Hotels & Resorts, was awarded the 2015 Best Business Travel Sales Elite Award by CTW China (China International Business Travel Conference), which is part of the TTG group alongside IT&CM. This award recognizes outstanding professionals in the business travel industry and further reflects the professionalism of the HNA Hotels & Resorts team.
HNA Hotels & Resorts has long taken it upon itself to “build a world-class hotel brand with Chinese characteristics.” In 2014, it further clarified its development goal of “striving to become the preferred hotel brand for Chinese outbound travelers and the top choice for high-end diplomatic visits in China.” In 2009, HNA Hotels & Resorts successfully launched its first “Tangla” hotel on Beijing’s West Chang’an Avenue. Over the past six years, by drawing on the development experience of leading international hotel brands and integrating the profound cultural essence of the Chinese nation, HNA Hotels & Resorts has devoted itself to the standardized and systematic construction of the Tangla brand, continuously improving operational and management standards. The Tangla brand image has been steadily enhanced, with growing brand recognition and social influence. Corresponding to its oriental brand name, Tangla is carving out its own style in the midst of the Western luxury hotel trend through an Eastern “language.”
