The Shanghai Changxing Island Orange Garden Base is a multifunctional garden integrating orange cultivation, tourism, and leisure activities. Located in the central part of Changxing Island, the garden spans over 200 acres. It is home to more than 10,000 fruit trees of over 60 varieties across four major categories: citrus, mandarin, orange, and pomelo, earning it the title “The First Garden on the Yangtze River.” The garden features a variety garden, self-picking garden, production garden, Danju Grand View, Orange Culture Corridor, Orange Viewing Pavilion, Mongolian Village, Conch Museum, Bonsai Garden, and a horse racing field among other attractions and facilities.
