The Songjiang Science and Technology Museum is a science education base.

The Songjiang Science and Technology Museum is located at No. 237 Zhongshan East Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai. Established in October 1988, in its early days, it primarily served the office needs of the Science and Technology Commission, the Association for Science and Technology, and the museum itself, with an exhibition area of only 140 square meters. In 2008, its functions were upgraded, and it officially reopened on May 15, 2009. The museum now covers a land area of 2,872 square meters, with a total construction area of 3,566 square meters and an exhibition area of 1,909 square meters. It consists of various sections including the Basic Exhibition Hall, Songjiang Innovation Hall, Urban Science and Technology Development Hall, Internet Culture Experience Hall, and Science Popularization Screening Hall.

The exhibits at the Songjiang District Science and Technology Museum are arranged using advanced scientific display methods such as modern information technology, computer-generated virtual imaging, and miniature models. These exhibits are characterized by strong interactivity, engagement, educational value, and entertainment. Following the main theme of "Science – Future – Life," the museum highlights its distinctive features of knowledge, fun, and regional relevance. It actively introduces the latest domestic and international science and technology exhibitions and organizes a variety of science education and outreach activities.
