The Songjiang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is a patriotic education base.

The Songjiang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall has four floors in total. From the basement level to the ground floors, they are, in order: the Songjiang Industrial Exhibition Hall, the Songjiang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, the conference area, and the office area.

The exhibition hall is arranged into five major sections: the Urban Memory Corridor, the Urban Footprint Corridor, the Master Plan Exhibition Area, the Harmonious Planning Corridor, and a 180-degree curved-screen 3D cinema. The exhibits include a wall-mounted model of the thousand-year-old Songjiang Prefecture City, a multi-panel LCD wall showcasing notable figures from Songjiang, a multimedia scroll of the Ten-Li Long Street, as well as models of areas such as Old Songjiang City, New Songjiang City, the Songjiang Industrial Zone, and the Sheshan National Tourist Resort. These cover Songjiang’s history, technology, culture, education, healthcare, agriculture, tourism, and modern industry.

The exhibition hall is open to the public free of charge year-round. It may be temporarily closed during major events or for internal maintenance, with advance notice provided.

Paid guided tours in Chinese and English are available: Chinese tour: 200 RMB per session; English tour: 300 RMB per session.
