Shuangfeng Lake Scenic Area is located on the middle reaches of the Huangni River at the northern foot of the Zhangguangcai Mountain Range, 9 kilometers south of Fangzheng County and 173 kilometers from Harbin. In summer, the mirror-like surface of the lake reflects the majestic silhouette of Shuangfeng Mountain. When the morning breeze blows, the mountain’s reflection sways gently, as if two phoenixes have just awakened in the dawn light, draped in gauzy veils and adorning themselves in front of a precious mirror. As the sun rises and the rosy clouds shimmer, it looks as though two golden phoenixes are dancing gracefully, fluttering their colorful wings.

Shuangfeng Lake is not only a great destination for tourists but also home to the national-level “Silver Crucian Carp” original breeding farm. The silver crucian carp raised here feature small heads, large bodies, and tender, delicious meat. Visitors from both China and abroad who have tasted the fish have all sung its praises.
