Guandong Cultural Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Changchun Guandong Cultural Park, situated in Lüyuan District in the western part of Changchun, at the intersection of West Fourth Ring Road and Changbai Highway, about a twenty-minute drive from People’s Square, is the first large-scale garden-style cultural park in Jilin Province to integrate hot spring resorts, dining and entertainment, cultural exhibitions, and conference reception within an urban area. It covers an area of 500,000 square meters, with flowers, plants, fruit trees, lakes, and ponds accounting for 80% of the total area. With flowers to admire in spring, fishing in summer, fruit picking in autumn, and rime ice in winter, the four-season scenery makes it a natural urban oxygen bar.

Changchun Guandong Cultural Park is a key cultural industry construction project during Jilin Province’s 12th Five-Year Plan, one of the 150 key projects during Changchun City’s 12th Five-Year Plan, and a demonstration site for rural tourism recognized by the National Tourism Administration, Ministry of Agriculture, and other authorities. Offering diverse and colorful cultural products, activities, and venues—encompassing the beauty of the four seasons, cuisine, accommodation, literature, and bathing—it contributes to the inheritance of Guandong culture and supports the development of ethnic heritage.

Currently, five energy wellness hot spring pools, two massage pools, and one splash pool are available for free use: the rest lounge has 20 beds (overnight stays permitted), fitness equipment, a chess and card room, jade therapy rooms, and sauna rooms. The building covers an area of approximately 6,000 square meters and is decorated to a four-star standard. In collaboration with Mr. Tseng Fu-li, known as the “Father of Hot Spring Experts” in Taiwan, modern high-tech methods have been employed to create a modern energy wellness hot spring. The wellness hot spring facility combines with the conference center to offer a range of functions including an indoor hot spring swimming pool, high-end hot spring bath center, dining, indoor fitness, SPA salon, and business guest rooms, striving to become a one-stop destination for high-end business and leisure wellness in Lüyuan District, as well as in Changchun City and Jilin Province.
