Shengdequan Hydrophilic Resort Garden is located in Chuanying District, Jilin City, 18 kilometers from the Jichang South Line and about a one-hour drive from Changchun. It is the first four-star hot spring resort hotel in Jilin Province, integrating hot spring bathing, water recreation, leisure fishing, health care, dining and accommodation, business meetings, team-building training, and vacation leisure. On December 5, 2016, the National Tourism Administration held a press conference and issued a warning to Shengdequan Hydrophilic Resort Garden in the list of 4A-level scenic spots under review. The hot spring facility at Shengdequan includes an indoor hot spring swimming pool and various indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. There are indoor soaking pools such as jet baths, massage baths, red wine baths, imperial foot baths, mystery baths, and jade baths.
