The Nenshuiyunbai Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Nenshuiyunbai Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Baicheng City is located within Baicheng, Jilin Province. It was built relying on the Nenjiang-to-Baicheng Water Diversion (series of) Project and is classified as an irrigation district-type water conservancy scenic area, with a planned area of 40.56 square kilometers. The scenic area lies at the junction of Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia, offering convenient transportation advantages. The area boasts magnificent wind power landscapes, vast grassland scenery, expansive wetland vistas, and the simple charm of Mongolian culture. Centered around the water diversion irrigation project, it links five major attractions: the Qingshan Wind Power Park, Baishatan Tourist Area, Yangsha Lake Tourist Area, Wujiizi Pumping Station Tourist Area, and the Ring City River Tourist Area. The Yangsha Lake site features a vast expanse of water, forming a natural water park; the wind power landscape park to the east of Qingshan Town showcases a cluster of windmills reminiscent of those in the Netherlands, presenting a grand sight; the Wujiizi Pumping Station area offers elegant Huizhou-style architecture and a relaxing eco-restaurant. These sites collectively form the area’s rich array of scenic resources.
