Huishan Ice and Snow World
Liaoning Huishan Ice and Snow World is located in the Huishan Scenic Area, 17 kilometers from downtown Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is an extension of the Changbai Mountain range, with an elevation of 264 meters. It gets its name from a stone at the mountaintop that originally bore a carved chessboard.
Alpine Ski Resort: The ski slope is 1,000 meters long, 30 meters wide in the upper section and 60 meters wide in the lower section, with a site area of 3,900 square meters. The maximum slope is 15 degrees, and it can accommodate 800 people.
Practice Ski Slope: The ski slope is 500 meters long, 30 meters wide, with a site area of 15,000 square meters. The maximum slope is 5 degrees, and it can accommodate 500 people.
Children's Ski Slope: The ski slope is 150 meters long, 20 meters wide, with a site area of 3,000 square meters. The maximum slope is 3 degrees, and it can accommodate 200 people.
There are also a 100-meter ice and snow sliding track, children’s amusement park, snow saucers, snowmobiles, sleds, couples’ ice carts, ice and snow sculptures, winter fishing, kite flying, and more.
