The site of the former South Manchuria Industrial Specialized School is a municipal cultural heritage protection unit in Dalian.
The site of the former South Manchuria Industrial Specialized School is located at No. 158 Zhongshan Road, Xigang District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.
Protected area: The area extends 1 meter east, 10 meters south, 3 meters west, and 10 meters north from the outer base of the building's exterior walls.
Construction control zone: The area extending 30 meters east, 10 meters south, 12 meters west, and 30 meters north beyond the protected area is designated as a Class IV construction control zone.
