Taipei Zhongshan DoubleTree Hotel is located at the intersection of Section 1, Zhongshan North Road and Qitiao Tong. The hotel sits near the convergence of Zhongshan North Road and Nanjing East-West Road, just 400 meters from Zhongshan MRT Station.

The hotel features 106 guest rooms, one all-day dining restaurant, and one lobby bar, integrating local cultural elements of Taiwan, Taipei, and Zhongshan District. It will officially welcome travelers in December 2018.

Taipei Zhongshan DoubleTree Hotel will have 14 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, housing a total of 106 rooms. The average room rate is expected to be around NT$6,000 to NT$7,000.
