It faces due east and features a German-style herringbone truss structure. The building spans six bays, with doors and windows on all four sides. The construction area is 655 square meters, with a usable area of 533 square meters. Interior door height is 210 cm, width 103 cm, plus frame 130 cm; exterior door height is 292 cm, width 116 cm, with a window above measuring 70 cm in height. Interior windows are 114 cm wide and 205 cm high. On the lower left corner of the building’s façade, there is an iron pipe protruding 2 cm from the wall, topped with an iron cover inscribed with “FDNO: 22” and a diameter of 7 cm. The front waiting area has three large doors: the two side doors are 288 cm high and 225 cm wide (each with two panels), and the central door is 288 cm high and 430 cm wide (with four panels). The words “Jinghai Station” are written in large characters on the central exterior wall. Each door and window is flanked by square brick pillars with decorative brick carvings. Both the interior and exterior eaves feature diamond-patterned brickwork. The main structure of the building is in grey and light ochre, with all exterior doors and windows painted green. The station has two floors and a total of 20 rooms, divided into three sections: the central first floor houses the waiting hall, which is 12 m high and 11 m deep; the two side sections are for office use, each 9 m high and 10 m deep. The roof is covered with red barrel tiles, most of the tile ends are intact, and the tiles are directly fixed onto the rafters. There are four brick chimneys on the roof. The walls are solid masonry, bonded with a lime and glutinous rice paste, with outwardly protruding joints. The foundation and walls are both made of brick. The staircase from the first to the second floor is a spiral wooden stair with 21 steps. A wooden fence is installed at the stair entrance on the first floor. All 15 rooms on the first floor are interconnected, featuring lattice doors (20 in total) and 48-pane windows. The door sills are made of bluestone, and the three-step staircase is made of concrete. The interior flooring is concrete, while the second floor is wooden. Behind the building is a small rectangular courtyard, 30 m long and 9 m wide, with arched gates on both sides adorned with brick patterns. The walls feature six brick-pillar designs with lime infill in the middle. The back building has seven bays, a construction area of 135 square meters, and a depth of 4.4 m. It includes eight windows and a door measuring 200×88 cm, with windows sized 150×80 cm. The window sills have a sloped brick design, and the windows are decorated with radiating brick patterns. Diamond-patterned brickwork also decorates the area under the eaves. On the right side of the building stand two ancient locust trees, both over 90 years old.
