The Jinghai Martyrs' Cemetery is a patriotic education base.

The Jinghai County Martyrs' Cemetery was first built in 1981 and reconstructed in 1999. It is located at No. 5 Nanjingfeng Road, Jinghai Town, Jinghai County. Each year, it receives over ten thousand visitors from all walks of life who come to pay their respects.

The cemetery covers a total area of 16,023 square meters, and includes an archway, a martyrs' monument, a square, a martyrs' memorial hall, and a group of martyrs' tombs. The memorial hall has a construction area of 728 square meters, and its exhibitions feature the deeds of revolutionary martyrs from the Anti-Japanese War, the Liberation War, and the period of socialist construction, as well as related artifacts and materials. To date, a total of 1,050 martyrs have been laid to rest in the cemetery, including 708 from the county, 342 from other regions, 717 named martyrs, and 333 unnamed martyrs. There are 14 tombs for named martyrs, 1 tomb for a veteran Red Army soldier, and 1 tomb for unnamed martyrs. Currently, the ashes of 306 martyrs are preserved here, including those of 126 named martyrs and 180 unnamed martyrs.

The cemetery is a spiritual civilization service window unit of Tianjin Municipality and a national defense education base in Tianjin. In 2002, it was designated as a Tianjin Patriotic Education Base by the municipal Party committee and government.
