Duliu Aged Vinegar is produced in Duliu Town, Jinghai County, from which it derives its name. It is one of China’s three most renowned traditional vinegars, alongside Shanxi Aged Vinegar and Zhenjiang Rice Vinegar. First created during the Yongle era of the Ming Dynasty, it was an imperial tribute during the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty. This product is made from carefully selected high-quality glutinous rice, red sorghum, peas, wheat, and other ingredients, using a traditional special fermentation and formulation method. The vinegar undergoes solid-state fermentation, matures twice, and is naturally sun-dried for three years—hence the name “Three-Generation Aged Vinegar.” Duliu Aged Vinegar boasts a rich soy-sauce red color, a pure aroma, and a well-balanced sweet-and-sour taste with a long-lasting mellow flavor. It does not spoil over time and is rich in protein as well as vitamins E, A, B1, and B2, along with trace elements such as magnesium, copper, and manganese, offering certain health benefits. Duliu Aged Vinegar is a nutritious and health-promoting condiment. This product has been recognized as a Tianjin Municipal Quality Product and has won multiple awards at national food expos, agricultural expos, and tourism shopping festivals. It is also exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
