Shidong Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Wu'an City. In 1953, Zhaozhuang and Shilidian townships were established; in 1958, they were incorporated into Yangyi Commune; in 1961, Shidong Commune was founded; in 1984, it was restructured as a township. In 1996, Bai Guan Township was merged into it. Located in the western part of the city, it is 22 kilometers from downtown. Covering an area of 64 square kilometers with a population of 21,000, it administers 15 village committees: Shidong, Zhaozhuang, Hexi, Tian'erzhuang, Caozixiang, Shilidian, Hedong, Sanwangcun, Qingyansi, Baiguan, Shi'erzhuang, Heyej?, Nanhedi, Beihedi, and Tanling.
