The 57th Golden Horse Awards will take place on November 26. For the first time, the backstage snacks this year are being handled by the chain restaurant brand Wang Steak, with Executive Chefs Wu Tsair-neng and Lin Cheng-teh leading a R&D team to create 10 specially crafted delicate bites. The buffet-style spread will treat the red carpet stars of the Golden Horse Awards, and Wang Steak’s beef short ribs also appear on the menu. Other dishes include French-imported mussels and grilled king oyster mushrooms.
