It is a Franco-Chinese ice cream brand jointly founded in Taiwan by Daniel & Jacky and French celebrity chef Yohann Charreyre. With a meticulous and uncompromising attitude, they craft flavors that are both fresh and natural. The first French-style dessert boutique opened in July 2016 in Taipei’s bustling East District.
