AirAsia's Taipei-Cebu Inaugural Flight Achieves Impressive Load Factor with Ultra-Low Promotions

Asia's low-cost carrier AirAsia's first Z2 7124 flight officially arrived in Taipei from Cebu today (25th). To celebrate the inaugural flight, AirAsia specially prepared Filipino-style coconut candy, allowing passengers to get a taste of Cebu’s charm in advance. Additionally, every passenger received an AirAsia pillow and eye mask after boarding, ensuring a comfortable journey to the picturesque Philippines — Cebu.

The AirAsia Taipei-Cebu route operates three flights per week using the Airbus A320 aircraft, which has a total of 180 seats. Today’s inaugural flight achieved an impressive 90% load factor. OhBear, head of the Tourism Bureau’s Super Mission Group, also made a special appearance to see off the inaugural passengers, celebrating their smooth departure and joining AirAsia in exploring the endless wonders of the Philippines.
