To promote the exhibition, the Palace Museum has organized a series of special lectures, led by Vice Director Feng Mingzhu, with the first lecture to be held at 2:30 pm on August 18 in the B1 Multimedia Theater of the Palace Museum’s main building. This series of lectures will provide insightful analyses of how the Republic of China transitioned from the weakened and besieged situation of the late Qing Dynasty, when it was threatened by imperialist powers, to the establishment of today’s dynamic diplomacy through the efforts of frontline diplomats.
