The Shibalipu Ancient Pagoda is located within the territory of Songzhangzi Town. It is an octagonal, seven-tiered, solid brick pagoda with closely stacked eaves. The top is damaged, and the base of the pagoda features modern stone protective structures. The upper parts of the pedestal are adorned with brick carvings of seated bodhisattvas on each side, flanked by attendant standing figures, along with carved brick brackets. This pagoda lies to the west of the site of the ancient Yuzhou City from the Liao Dynasty. Judging from its architectural style and construction materials, it is believed to have been built during the Liao Dynasty.
