Hailar Mosque is a place where thousands of Hui people in Hailar District, Hulunbuir City, come to pray, gather, and hold activities. Walking through the classic Chinese-style gate of the mosque, you’ll be greeted by the solemn and majestic prayer hall. Two curved minarets stand tall on either side of the hall, each topped with an Islamic crescent and star symbol. The entire courtyard is enclosed in an almost perfect rectangle, kept extremely clean and tidy. At the mosque’s management office, various regulations are posted on the walls, and the interior is bright, neat, and exudes a dignified and elegant atmosphere.
