Day 1: Pick-up in Manzhouli. Visit China’s northern gateway—the National Gate Scenic Area—and take an unforgettable group photo under this iconic landmark at the country’s northernmost point. From the heights, you can see the Russian town of Zabaykalsk... Winter nights in Manzhouli resemble a Nordic town, bustling and neat with a unique charm. Visit the world’s largest matryoshka doll square, recorded in the Guinness World Records. After lunch, head to Erguna City, the birthplace of the Mongolian people in Hulunbuir and a gathering place for Chinese-Russian descendants.
