China-Russia-Mongolia International Ice and Snow Park

The China-Russia-Mongolia International Ice and Snow Park was constructed in 2011 and is one of the key functional areas within the China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural and Creative Industry Park. Covering an area of 12,000 square meters, the park integrates entertainment, sightseeing, experience, and participation, aiming to become the world’s largest all-season ice and snow park. The park consists of five major zones: the Children's Play Area, the Mongolian-Yuan Culture Area, the Russian Culture Area, the Chinese Garden Area, and the Ice Skating Area. These zones cater to the diverse ice and snow entertainment needs of different visitors, allowing them not only to experience the pristine natural landscapes and rich ethnic culture of Hulunbuir, but also to enjoy the thrill and excitement of “seeing and playing with ice and snow” all year round. In the peak of summer, visitors can even experience the perfect encounter of ice and fire.

Transportation

Take bus No. 1 within Hailar City and get off at Ping’an Driving School Station, then walk 371 meters to reach the park.
