China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural & Creative Industry Park

The China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural & Creative Industry Park is located in Hailar District, Hulunbuir City. It was invested and constructed by Hulunbuir China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the project has been listed as a key cultural tourism industry project of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Situated at the junction of China, Russia, and Mongolia, the park is committed to becoming an internationally known cultural tourism distribution center in Hulunbuir, aiming to develop into the largest and most fully featured large-scale cultural tourism and creative industry cluster in Northeast China. The project covers an area of 95,600 square meters, with a total construction area of 269,000 square meters.

The China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural & Creative Industry Park integrates a cultural industry development center, a tourism distribution center, a cluster of China-Russia-Mongolia art museums, an international inbound visa service hall, an international brand direct-sale discount center, and more. Leveraging Hailar’s unique geographical position at the intersection of China, Russia, and Mongolia, the project consolidates the essence of the three countries, organically blending grassland culture, northern frontier characteristics, and industrial operations. It expresses itself through three architectural styles and ethnic features, striving to create “five firsts”: the First Stop of Hulunbuir Tourism (Tiancheng Peter International Cultural Theme Hotel, Chinese-style hotel, China-Russia-Mongolia International Tourism Transfer Platform, International Tourism Visa on Arrival Hall), the Premier Platform for China-Russia-Mongolia Cultural Exchange (Ethnic Music Performance & Exhibition Center, Russian Oil Painting Exhibition & Training Base, Russian Jade Processing Center, Outlet Shopping Mall, Cloud Media Application Platform), the Premier Cultural & Creative Industry Park (University Student Creative Center, China-Russia-Mongolia International Ice & Snow Park, Traditional Leather & Accessories Handicraft Base, Ethnic Costume Processing & Exhibition Base, Horse Culture Research & Design Exhibition Center, Animation & Film Shooting Base, Intangible Cultural Heritage Performance Base), the Premier Green Food Display & Trading Center (Tourism Product Wholesale Market, Green Food Trading Market, China-Russia-Mongolia International Food City), and the Premier City for Enlightenment, Leisure & Entertainment (Children’s Potential Experience Center, Children’s Water Park, Bar Street / Tea House Street, China-Russia-Mongolia International Fur City).

The Tiancheng Peter International Hotel and the China-Russia-Mongolia International Fur City within the park are scheduled to officially open on September 7, 2014. Other functional areas are under active construction, with full completion expected in 2015.
