Darhanlin Temple

Known in Chinese as Changsheng Temple, Darhanlin Temple is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Located on Aobao Mountain in the economic development core area of Hulunbuir, it is part of the "One Pagoda, Two Temples" project. The temple complex includes five main halls, six auxiliary halls, as well as monk quarters, a -- mansion, a dining hall, a lay practitioners' courtyard, a prayer wheel building, and a Buddhist academy.

The main architectural style of Darhanlin Temple combines Han and Tibetan elements. The structure is made of reinforced concrete, with golden glazed tiles on the exterior, white walls, red pillars, steps made of white marble and white granite, and paths paved with imitation stone art bricks. The abbot of the temple is appointed by -- Jialasen, President of the Inner Mongolia Buddhist Association, President of the Inner Mongolia Buddhist School, and Professor at Inner Mongolia University, while the head monk is assigned by the Inner Mongolia Buddhist Association.
