Turkic Stone Figures: In recent years, archaeologists have discovered a large number of ancient stone statues in Abga Banner. These stone figures are largely similar in form—some are standing, sitting, running, or walking; some are male, female, old, or young. Most of these stone figures were funerary objects placed in front of tombs, standing about 1.3 meters tall. Research has confirmed that these stone figures are relics left behind by the Turkic people.

During the Sui and Tang dynasties, the Xilingol Grassland was once inhabited by the Turkic people. These stone sculptures feature smooth, lifelike lines, showcasing the exquisite and superb sculptural artistry of ancient China’s Turkic people.
