Sanzhoutian is located between Dameisha and Xiaomeisha in Yantian District and Pingshan Town in Longgang District, Shenzhen. Known in Shenzhen for its Sanzhoutian Reservoir, tea plantations, waterfalls, and stunning scenery, this place boasts emerald hills, clear waters, birdsong in serene valleys, and misty clouds—a tranquil and pristine gem. It is the only undeveloped scenic virgin land in Shenzhen, and the Maluan Waterfall here is the largest waterfall cluster in the city. Just a stone’s throw away from the bustling city, Sanzhoutian is a completely different world—a hidden paradise known as Shenzhen’s Shangri-La. It has become a top leisure destination for Shenzhen residents during holidays.

The reservoir shoreline winds along the mountains, with vast misty waters and lush green hills in the backdrop. The air in the reservoir area is fresh, and on the northeastern side of the reservoir, there is a five-tier waterfall with a drop of up to 100 meters, where water cascades down cliffs, sending sprays of sparkling droplets. The green tea produced in the Sanzhoutian tea plantations has long been a famous product of Shenzhen, exported both domestically and abroad. The area around Sanzhoutian still retains large tracts of pristine secondary forests, offering a quiet and fresh environment—making it a high-quality resort resource awaiting development. Overseas Chinese Town Group plans to develop a large-scale eco-resort in this area.
