Shuiwei Cultural Square is located in Shuiwei Village adjacent to the Futian District Committee, bordered by Fumin Road to the north and Jintian Road to the east. Situated in a bustling commercial area with a rich commercial and cultural atmosphere, the square covers an area of over 7,000 square meters and cost more than 30 million yuan to build. It features first-class lighting and sound equipment. The cultural square includes a standard, modern large-scale stage. In addition, next to the cultural square, there is a multifunctional cultural complex building covering a construction area of 2,500 square meters, which houses a collection room, library, dance studio, fitness room, and more.

The entire cultural square consists of a cultural and sports center, stage, open plaza, and basement, primarily providing residents of Shuiwei Village and nearby areas with a place for leisure and entertainment on regular days, as well as gatherings and performances during holidays. The stage features a simple, bright, lively, and dynamic design; the hard-surfaced areas are accented with colors, paving, and lighting, complemented by cheerful-looking corridors, flower stands, and pools. At night, various forms of lighting interweave to create a vibrant and colorful scene. The greenery is crowned with trees, carpeted with herbaceous plants, and screened with ornamental flowers and trees, creating a lush and vibrant atmosphere full of vitality.
