Water-Carrying Ancient Trail
The Water-Carrying Ancient Trail is located in Fenyuan Township, Changhua, and was roughly built with stones by local residents during the Qing Dynasty to solve drinking water needs—it has a history of at least a hundred years. At the entrance there is an antique-style Japanese shrine archway. After walking about 1.1 km, you’ll reach a wide open area, where you must get out of your vehicle and walk into the Water-Carrying Ancient Trail.
