Introduction The Longcheer Yacht Club clubhouse is located on the renowned Juediaosha Beach in eastern Shenzhen (nautical coordinates: 114°33′32.3″E, 22°33′24.6″N), backed by Shenzhen’s second-highest peak, Qiniang Mountain, and facing the picturesque eco-marine waters of Daya Bay. It covers a land and sea area of 340,000 square meters. The yacht club’s facilities are designed to current international standards by the renowned American marina design firm Bellingham, and include key structures such as the clubhouse building, fully enclosed member apartments, an over 800-meter-long breakwater, 275 yacht berths, 400 dry boat storage units, and yacht maintenance workshops and facilities.
