It is primarily engaged in investments and operations related to golf activities, golf driving ranges, horticultural plant cultivation, landscaping, garden scenic spots, sports and recreational leisure, conference centers, and the establishment and management of various industrial projects.

It boasts a 27-hole international standard lakeside and mountain golf course and a 9-hole Lakeside Island Course, along with one golf driving range and a modern floodlit course under construction.
