Fusheng Temple is located at No. 349, Zhangguozhuang Village, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District. Built during the Ming Dynasty, it was designated as a district-level cultural relic protection unit in 1999.

The temple faces south and is composed of a mountain gate (three bays), front hall (three bays), rear hall (five bays), and east and west side halls (each three bays) (currently, the front hall and side halls show no clear signs of compartmentalization).

The temple structures are built with brick in imitation of wooden architecture, all constructed during the Ming Dynasty, except for the doors and windows which were replaced later. According to the cultural relics survey records: the main halls of Fusheng Temple feature overall architectural characteristics such as large-style flush gable roofs, ingot-shaped ridge decorations, rafter heads, and cylindrical tiles. The front lintel of the mountain gate is inscribed with the three characters “福生寺” (Fusheng Temple). Both the front and rear halls have five-rafter front porches. During the Cultural Revolution, many Buddha statues and cultural relics were deliberately destroyed.
