The “Lengquantan” Agricultural Eco-Tourism Resort is situated in Mandun Village, in the western part of Longxian Town, Wengyuan County, Shaoguan City. It is backed by mountains to the south and borders a river to the north, covering an area of more than 300 acres of water. Its most distinctive feature is the cold spring emerging from the mountains — the spring water is perennial and never dries up, with a flow rate of 5,000 cubic meters per hour, and the water temperature consistently stays at around 21°C. The water is clear, pure, suitable for both drinking and bathing. Moreover, the resort is far from urban pollution, boasting a sound ecological environment, and the spring water naturally flows down to fish ponds and farmlands at the foot of the mountain. Leveraging this natural advantage, the “Lengquantan” Eco-Tourism Resort has been developed.

The resort offers tourism activities such as playing in the cold springs and water recreation, while also providing visitors with produce grown and cultivated with cold spring water. It has been developed into an agricultural eco-tourism resort that integrates organic agricultural production, agri-tourism product processing, and leisure services. Efforts are also underway to establish it as a provincial-level agricultural science and technology demonstration park and a national 4A-level tourist attraction.

Longxian Town: Longxian Town is the county seat of Wengyuan County and serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of the entire county. It is one of the centrally planned towns in the province and was formed in December 2004 through the merger of the former Longxian Town, Nanpu Town, and Sanhua Town.
