The Long Street Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is a cultural relic protection unit of Heping County and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Long Street Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is located on the mountainside of Chaoshan in Longxing Village, Long Street Town, Heping County, approximately 1 kilometer from the Long Street Town government.

The Long Street Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument was built to commemorate the 25 martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the revolutionary struggles carried out by the Beijiang Detachment in the areas of Long Street, Xishan, and Tianyuan. It was initially built in November 1949 inside the Long Street Health Clinic and relocated to Chaoshan in 1980 due to the expansion of the clinic. The monument faces southeast and sits northwest, covering a total area of over 300 square meters. It has a square tower shape and consists of three parts: the base, the inscribed plaque, and the main body. The monument stands 9 meters tall, with a square base measuring 5.8 meters on each side. The base is 1 meter high and covered with black ceramic tiles. At a height of 1.5 meters on the front of the monument, there is an inscribed plaque that is 80 centimeters long and 65 centimeters high. The inscriptions include the words “Iron Blood Shines Brightly” by Zhang Jue, the first district head of Changji District (now Long Street Town, Xishan Town, and Tianyuan Town), “Fame Lasts Through the Ages” by Zeng Xianzhang, then vice county magistrate of Heping County, and a 412-character preface to the Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument written by Long Jingshan, the then magistrate of Xinfeng County, and Zhao Zhunsheng, the then vice magistrate. The preface describes how “Comrade Ye Lianming from Tianyuan Village set out in the spring of 1947 but encountered enemy forces midway in Dan Cave. Outnumbered and with no ammunition left, he was captured and tortured. Despite severe interrogation, he did not yield in the least. Even as he was being executed, he sang 'The Internationale' and shouted 'Down with Chiang Kai-shek,' demonstrating a spirit of composure and readiness to die for the cause, which serves as an example for future generations.” It also details the heroic deeds of martyr Ye Shaoxiong, former squadron leader of the Beijiang People’s Self-Defense Corps. The main body of the monument is 7 meters tall, and the front is inscribed with the words “Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument.”

In July 2010, it was designated as a key cultural relic protection unit by the Heping County government. Renovations were carried out in the first half of 2011.
