The Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument in Luohu Town is located on an unnamed small hill in Luohu Village, Luohu Town, Dongyuan County.

The monument faces southeast and was built in 1963. It was primarily erected to commemorate the heroic sacrifices of seven martyrs, including Platoon Leader Dong Zhong, Political Instructor Mai Qiniu, and Deputy Platoon Leader Peng Guanchong, who died in the Battle of Luohu Daping in the Jiulian Mountain area in 1948.

The monument complex is accessed via an 11-step pathway and is enclosed by a perimeter wall, covering an area of 190 square meters. The monument consists of a base and main body, constructed from red bricks and cement. The square base is 2.2 meters high, while the rectangular main body stands approximately 6 meters tall, with the red relief inscription “Eternal Glory to the Revolutionary Martyrs” molded on the front.
