Since 2004, when Mr. Lin Tung-Yuan won the championship at the first Taiwan Italian-style Barista Competition, the GABEE. team has represented Taiwan in numerous international coffee competitions, gradually establishing an unshakable position in the coffee industry. Beyond their constant self-demand and practice in technique, “creativity” is also an indispensable element.

This “cool coffee,” adorned with hints of deep purple, is one of the many championship-winning creative coffees currently offered at GABEE. It is also the first creative coffee that can make a sound—perfectly blending the flavors of grapes and coffee, refreshing, thirst-quenching, and full of fun.

Scoop up some of the purple grape granita floating on top with a spoon and pop it into your mouth, and countless sounds will immediately ring out inside your skull: bzzzt, pop-pop, blip-blip. Turns out it’s filled with popping candy!

In an instant, it brought back memories of the first time I, Uncle Coffee, tried popping candy as a kid. I immediately scooped some out to share with my girlfriend so she could experience the surprise too. Besides the fun texture of the popping candy, the cool coffee also includes fresh grape pulp—pretty thoughtful.
