The former site of the Zuan Yi Tang relay station on the secret communication line from the CPC Central Committee to the Central Soviet Area is located at Zuan Yi Tang, Hushi Village, Qingxi Town, Dabu County, Meizhou City, dating back to the Republican era.

On April 19, 2019, the former site of the Zuan Yi Tang relay station on the secret communication line was designated as part of the ninth batch of Guangdong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Qingxi Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Dabu County. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was known as Hutousha, Qingxi She, and Pingsha She. In the 41st year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1562), a patrol inspection office was established in Hutousha within the territory. In 1949, it was part of Pubei District; in 1957, Qingxi Township was split off; in 1958, it was incorporated into Pucheng Commune; in 1961, Pubei Commune was re-established and renamed Qingxi Commune in the same year; in 1983, it became a district; in 1986, it reverted to township status; and in 1993, it was upgraded to a town. Located in the northwest of the county, it borders Yongding County of Fujian Province to the north and is 22 kilometers from the county seat.
