The Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War Memorial Sculpture Park is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, bordered by the Yongding River to the west, overlooking the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway to the south, and backed by Wanping City to the north. Covering an area of 20 hectares, it is a patriotic education base invested in and built by the Beijing Municipal Government.

The sculpture park is a tourist destination that combines history, culture, art, and patriotic education. It consists of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War Monument, the sculpture group area, the central square, the Generals’ Stone Drum Garden, and green forest lawns. The sculpture group area is divided into four sections according to the historical progression of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War: "Japanese Aggression," "Rising to Resist," "Flames of Resistance," and "Justice Will Prevail." It features 38 cylindrical sculptures, each 2 meters in diameter and 4.3 meters high. These group sculptures are themed around the national anthem and arranged in the style of a traditional Chinese forest of steles. The sculpture park has 85,600 square meters of green forest, planted with dozens of species of trees, shrubs, and premium lawns, including cedar, white pine, silk tree, ginkgo, pearl bush, forsythia, and crabapple. The woods and grasses complement each other, creating a varied, undulating landscape.

The Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War Monument bears an inscription personally written by the President of China. It stands 15 meters high, 8 meters wide, and 6.6 meters thick, and is composed of massive granite and bronze sculptures made from crushed remnants of the invaders' war machinery. It symbolizes that justice will prevail and all aggression is doomed to fail.
