Croatian National Theatre

The Croatian National Theatre is a national-level grand theatre managed and operated by the Croatian Ministry of Culture. Located in the capital city of Zagreb, it is a world-class national theatre and one of the most important theatres in Croatia. The original National Theatre was first built in 1836; in 1895, the newly constructed National Theatre was officially put into use and has been in service ever since.

Since its inauguration, the theatre has hosted performances by renowned artists from around the world, earning great affection from the local public. On October 4, 2010, the China Disabled People's Art Troupe also performed at the theatre, presenting acts such as "Metamorphosis" and "Thousand-Hand Guanyin," delivering a special evening to the Croatian audience.
