Emirates Airlines' Croatia Route Promotion: Limited-Time Discounted Fares Now on Sale

Croatia, home to many stunning hidden gems, has in recent years become a top choice for Taiwanese travelers visiting Eastern Europe. Emirates Airlines officially announced that starting June 1 this year, Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, will be included in the airline’s extensive global network spanning six continents, with daily flights operated by three-class Boeing 777-300 aircraft between Dubai and Zagreb. The promotional fare for the Taipei–Zagreb inaugural flight starts from NT$15,333 excluding taxes, available for a limited time from January 19 to January 23.

The Dubai–Zagreb route launched by Emirates Airlines in June 2017 will bring travelers a whole new exploration experience. Northwestern Croatia is covered with mountains and national parks. Just a 20-minute drive from Zagreb, Mount Sljeme offers breathtaking scenery along the way, and its ski resort center provides a skiing experience comparable to the Alps.

Zagreb is not only convenient for leisure and business travelers flying from Dubai to Croatia, but also makes it easy to connect to nearby southern destinations in Slovenia, Hungary, and Austria. On the other hand, travelers departing from Croatia can take modern wide-body aircraft with three classes, via Emirates’ hub in Dubai, and then transfer to destinations such as Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Maldives, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka—this will be possible starting June this year as well.
The scheduled flight time for Emirates flight EK129 is 08:15 local time departure from Dubai, arriving in Zagreb at 12:20 local time. The return flight EK130 departs Zagreb at 15:35 and arrives in Dubai at 23:05 local time.
The Emirates Dubai–Zagreb route is operated with three-class Boeing 777-300 aircraft, featuring 12 fully flat-bed private first-class suites, 42 fully flat business class seats, and 310 spacious economy class seats. Passengers in all classes can enjoy up to 2,600 channels of audio and video entertainment on the award-winning ice inflight entertainment system. The Emirates cabin crew team, comprising staff from 130 countries including 234 Croatian nationals, provides all passengers with top-tier, refined Emirates service.
